Christmas Giving

The presents stack up under the tree,
To be given to the girls and boys
Who have been privileged to be born
Where there is no lack of pretty toys.

Movies about angels amuse us;
Music about santa fills the air;
Many ask for money donations,
and frosty snowmen our everywhere.

Rudolph, reindeer, santa sleighs, and toys
Candles, holly, candy, Christmas trees
Fill the windows of stores and our homes,
But who is Christmas supposed to please?

Christmas is about giving, not toys.
The real meaning of the day is here:
Jesus came to give His life for others.
